On April 28, 1973, Chuck married Linda Jean Harman in Springfield, Illinois. Law Enforcement Career
Chuck dedicated 28 years to the Indianapolis Police Department (IPD), retiring in 1999 with the rank of Lieutenant. A funeral service will follow from 12 pm to 1 pm. A graveside service is planned at Crown Hill Cemetery with attendees asked to arrive by 2:30 pm to 2:45 pm.
